More Studio Drive-By Episodes…

Three new episodes of our series Studio Drive-By are now launched on WetHeat.TV, capturing work sessions with a dynamic diversity of practicing artists.

In Little Havana we visited Pablo Cano during one of many overnight sessions, an evening where the artist began to breathe life into the main character of his epic music and dance performance at MoCA, “The Blue Ribbon.”

Pablo Cano tests the joints of wooden legs for a new puppet artwork.

In Wynwood, Trisha Brookbank was hard at work meticulously painting complex designs on a top surface of her multi-plane work “Hurdling Through Space at Uncontrollable Speeds” that opened at Diana Lowenstein Gallery.

Trisha Brookbank applies an exacting stroke of color.

At his Little Haiti studio, Edouard Duval Carrié was working on several projects at once, including large scale sculpture and a series of works on canvas that vividly interpolated micro and macro worlds.

Edouard Duval Carriér describes the commissioned and series projects he’s completing this season.
